This role supports the business objectives of strategic growth, improved collaboration and operational efficiency. You will improve business and financial management by supporting the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Business Unit Managers of the NTUC First Campus Group of companies as well as partner with the business, turning financial data into insights, and driving commercial decisions.

Business Partnering

• Build and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and day-to-day operational decision-making
• Model population and enrolment trends to better inform capacity planning at the suburb level, including how maturing centres will experience a decline in enrolment. Partnering CD in analysing the data to inform growth and resource planning
