We’re Hiring! Foster Care Case Manager – Refugee Services

* Jackson, MI | Teen Boys Group Home * $47,000.00 annually

* Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
Want to make a real impact? Join our team and support teen boys in foster care as they build safety, stability, and a brighter future. In this role, you’ll provide case management, mentoring, placement coordination, and advocacy for youth who need a strong, caring adult in their corner.
What You’ll Do: ✔ Manage a caseload & build supportive relationships ✔ Provide casework, engagement, & community referrals ✔ Handle intake, placement, and transportation ✔ Collaborate with caregivers, courts, and partner agencies ✔ Participate in rotating on‑call support
What You Need: Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation Child welfare experience preferred
