Role Summary: 

The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is an implementation-focused role responsible for the technical success of initial customer deployments. This role involves embedding with client teams to validate requirements and implementing the technical code required to integrate the core AI solution into unique operational workflows.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Implementation: Develop custom connectors, data transformers, and workflow automation scripts (Python/JavaScript) to bridge the product with client systems.
  • Requirement Validation: Collaborate with business units to map existing service workflows into AI-augmented processes.
  • Value Engineering: Deploy the technical instrumentation required to track and prove business KPIs, such as ROI and ticket deflection.
