Formulates Bulk Fluid Reagents and/ or performs necessary Quality Control (QC) tests following approved manufacturing procedures and good laboratory practices. May work with a respirator if assigned to the Large Bottle Unit. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:
The Formulation/QC Specialist Associate is first in a series of three jobs. The employee follows approved procedures to perform bulk solution formulation, quality control test activities and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Responsibilities
• Formulates bulk solutions.
• Performs incoming, in-process and final release QC testing.
• Maintains complete and accurate records.
• Conducts environmental monitoring of work areas.
• Maintains work space and associated equipment with the lab.
