Overview Sonaca North America is seeking Forming Fabricators for its Sheetmetal department. Fabricators will work independently and collaboratively to fabricate detail parts, support quality policies, lean processes, continuous improvement, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Follow company and work‐center policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Attend and actively participate in all required training. Review manufacturing planning, part‐specific engineering information, set‐up instructions to understand appropriate work process and quality requirements. For machine‐dependent operations select, align, and secure fixtures, tools, accessories and material; set up machines and observe operation during first part production to detect malfunctions. Adjust machine controls or other control media as required. Set‐up and operate hydraulic shear, chop saw, forklift and other machines based on assignment.
