You will be responsible for your team delivering civil constructions activities ie. earthworks, piling, dewatering, drainage etc on busy civil construction sites. Keep daily work moving safely, smoothly and to plan. You guide tasks, support your team, and help deliver quality work on time.

Manage daily site activities and allocate tasks across the crew.

Plan one‑week work programmes and support delivery of the five‑week look‑ahead.

Monitor progress, record time and materials, and keep accurate quality and safety notes.

Identify risks, put controls in place, and support a strong safety culture.
