Responsibilities

• Plan, apply and manage building and construction jobs according to concerns and goals.
• Produce employee and task routines.
• Take care of and keep track of participants presence and work.
• Adhere to appropriate safety policies.
• Manage and lead using equipment and machinery.
• Review plans, drawings and sketches to fully understand requirements.
• Take dimensions and calculate the dimensions and amount of material required.
• Cut, form and smooth lumber and other materials (e.g., fiberglass) according to dimensions.
• Build window frames, doors, stairs and framework buildings using basic materials or pre-constructed items.
