Job Description

A reputable property development company is currently in search of a Foreman to join their team in Cape Town. Candidates must be experienced in the building sector with extensive experience in high-end residential/ high-rise developments.

Requirements:

•N6/ National Diploma: Building

•Senior Certificate

•5-10 years’ experience within building construction

•Extensive experience in high-end residential/ high-rise developments

•Experienced in working on projects from inception to completion (setting out, finishes and handover)

•Able to run sections/ work independently

•Stable employment record with contactable references

•Proficient in MS Office
