Promote and adhere to policies, procedures, and safety culture to ensure a safe working environment in the forecourt area
Maintain clean and properly worn uniforms to project a positive image and demonstrate pride in representing the brand
Provide quality service by following forecourt service steps: Wave in, Greet customers, Offer Fuel Top up, Provide Value Added Service, Refuel vehicles, Perform Value Added Service, Close Fuel Tank, and Wave off
Address customer issues or feedback promptly and communicate effectively with the Shift Manager as part of the communication plan
Keep the store and forecourt environment clean and organized through daily housekeeping tasks during each shift
Follow safety protocols and work procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment
Deliver high-quality service to customers on the forecourt and actively engage in building rapport with customers
