To ensure right qty. of purchase aligned with Inventory and Sales target, Lead the Cross functional Demand management review meeting with Sales, Marketing and come up with as accurate as possible future forecast and communication with factory for the raw material preparation to manufacture.
To ensure forecast accuracy is within the target.
Scope
Communication with Factory for the Purchase volume for FG
Communication with Cross functional team especially with Sales and Marketing for the Demand forecast of FG and promotion
Managing forecast accuracy performance and make and consolidate KPI report
Inventory planning and purchase control based upon Inventory and demand forecast
