            Requirements: 
Matric / Grade 12 
Bachelors degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field. 
Must have 3 - 5 years experience in a similar or related environment within the business. 
Know-How, Technical Skills and Experience (n. of years and where) 
2  3 years HACCP Understanding and implementation according to SANS 10330:2020 
Basic understanding Veterinary and Act 36 requirements. 
Basic laboratory experience or techniques 
Syspro  Basic understanding is an advantage and operating a must to learn on the job. 
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 
Understanding of Manufacturing processes 
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP) 
Oversee quality control processes and product testing.
