Reporting to the Director of Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, you will lead food safety, quality, and regulatory programs at our Troy, Ohio manufacturing facility, producing products such as Slim Jim, meat snacks, and frozen bakery items. You will help define best practices, ensure compliance, and drive strong food safety and quality performance across the plant.

This role is onsite at our Troy, Ohio plant.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

+ Lead food safety and quality programs on the plant floor, ensuring strong ownership across operations and maintenance
+ Ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices, including hygiene, sanitation, and waste handling
+ Manage key milestones and metrics for the Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Affairs improvement plan
