Ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Auditor role, optimizing resource efficiency during execution.
Provide technical and operational support to clients by addressing their requirements and integrating them into the audit coordination process.
Report to the Operations Manager any deviations in job processing or execution, as well as any issues that may impact the organization at administrative, operational, or financial levels.

Train new auditors and back-office coordinators, assess and qualify trainees.
Review new client requirements and deliver training sessions to auditors accordingly.
