Our client in Almena is seeking a Sanitation Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sanitation Lead

**Location: Almena** , WI

**Pay Range: $17.50/hr, increase to $20-$25/hr when hired**

**Shift: 2nd, 3p-11p (Mon-Fri)**

**What's the Job?**

+ Oversee sanitation crew
+ Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as GMP and HACCP
+ Sanitation of work areas

**What's Needed?**

+ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
+ Previous experience as a Lead or Supervisor
+ Bilingual (Spanish) candidate preferred
+ Previous sanitation experience
+ Positive attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
