We are looking for a skilled and passionate  Prep Chef  to join our Indian kitchen. You will handle everything from mise en place and raw prep to live cooking on the line — a true all-rounder who takes ownership of the kitchen.

What you'll do

• Prepare gravies, masalas, marinades, and mise en place for daily service
• Cook à la carte dishes during service — tandoor, tawa, kadai, or curry stations
• Maintain portion control, food hygiene, and FIFO rotation of ingredients
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely plating
• Suggest seasonal specials or regional dishes and assist with menu development

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in an kitchen (restaurant, cloud kitchen, or catering)
• Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines and spice profiles
