Description:
 : Develop new concept and new style on store display in assigned markets
Develop and implement overall strategic plan, directions, guideline in the areas of Business Development
Set annual business and operations target of Cost Control and review regularly
Develop and refine continuously the business model of Cost Control Department in assigned markets
Develop, implement and maintain Merchandising System, Vendor Management System and Purchase and Management System
Plan and implement major in-store promotion with selling & promotion team
 Requirement: : Degree holder with at least 8 years relevant experience in food retails merchandising or FMCG industry
Have global vision with travelling/ overseas experience is a plus; strong market sense and awareness, excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good analytical skills; able to use any analytical tools other than MS Excel is ...
