Overview

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets & events operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

• Provide leadership to the Food and Beverage department to ensure efficient operation and profitability.
• Act as Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the F&B Department.
• Ensure all outlets and events operate in accordance with hotel standards and meet guest, associate and owner expectations.
