Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting food to high quality and consistency standards
- Supporting daily kitchen operations across assigned sections
- Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
- Collaborating with chefs and kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and proper storage within the kitchen
- Supporting cost control, minimising waste, and following standard recipes and procedures
