Provides guests with a seamless and efficient dining experience which lives up to the brand standard and service expectation. Maintains sound service, control procedures and achieves revenue goals. Maximises food and beverage revenue and reduces cost. Manages employees and adheres to all compliance requirements.
Minimum
Grade 12.
National Diploma in Food & Beverage Management/equivalent.
Computer literacy is essential particularly with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
