• Prepares and issues medical prescriptions as prescribed by the medical doctor
• Prepares reports on the patients medical status
• Updates medical status and uploads documents in the system

Qualifications

• Graduate of any medical courses (BS in Nursing, Associate in Nursing and Midwifery)
• License is not required
• With good patient rapport
• Good written and communication skills
• Computer savvy
