Foam in Place Manufacturing Engineer 

Description

§ Provide support for new equipment, ensuring it is handed over to maintenance and production with all necessary operating information.

§ Train the support or maintenance team on these new technologies.

§ Document changes and improvements made by the controls team.

§Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting foaming system failures and implementing equipment (machine) changes.

§Train the maintenance team to improve and develop their skills.

§ Analyze and implement corrective actions for operational/foaming problems on production equipment.

§ Enable and/or modify installed and/or in-process error proofing systems.

§ Comply with Inteva's safety standards.

§Develop foaming processes, implement a control system to keep PLC programs archived and updated.

Position Requirements

§Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electromechanical, Robo...
