Roles & Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building and delivery through daily QRQC meetings and effective communications. Develop, coach, and motivate team members to enhance technical competence and ownership. Collaborate proactively with Store, Material Controller, Engineers and other functions to resolve operational issues and improve flow robustness to achieve goals.
