This is a hybrid role, involving duties of both Doorman and Porter. The position will be seasonal until end of October 2023.

Position Scope

You will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for providing a warm & friendly welcome. You will assist guests with services including luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests, rooming guests on arrival, parking guest cars, driving resort vehicles, answer guest questions and resolve any guest problems in a friendly and obliging manner.

• Take requests for Shuttles (transportation for guests within the resort) and action them.
