Maintain all required personal licenses ratings instructor privileges and medical fitness (as applicable) to perform designated duties.
Verify that all regulatory approvals issued by the relevant Authority are valid prior to conducting any training that requires those privileges.
Adhere to CAE/ECFT policies procedures and safety standards during all training activities.
Comply with Authorityapproved training program requirements and ensure all instructional delivery aligns with approved content procedures and standards.
Briefing & Debriefing
Conduct comprehensive simulator briefings and training sessions in a clear structured and positive manner to maximize trainee learning and performance.
Document any deviations from SOPs required procedures or maneuvers and review these thoroughly with the trainee during debriefings.
