Job Overview
The Flight Dispatch Key Account Executive has a dual function: act as a key account executive and liaison with customer and internal departments. The primary role is to report through to the Director of Ground Operations and, on matters concerning Flight Dispatch, to report to the Director of Flight Operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments in the company, requiring a high degree of customer service and timely response by phone and email.
- Responsibility and accountability for assigned accounts and provide day‑to‑day support by handling customer inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate flight requests from the owner and liaise with OCC, Crew Planning, and Maintenance.
