As the Flight Crew Scheduling Manager (FCSM), you will lead multiple Crew Planning teams responsible for delivery of the flight crew training program, the optimisation, compliance, and efficient delivery of all TUI Airways and TUIfly Nordic flight crew rosters. You’ll be responsible for the program of training from planning right through to operational delivery, including the documentation of all flight crew training requirements in accordance with regulatory & Airline compliance.

We are happy to consider this role on a hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite at our office in Luton. Please note during roster publication week there will be a higher requirement to be onsite.
