Position Title: Flexographic Printing Press Operator

Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled individual to manage the operation of a flexographic printing press. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail to ensure the press runs smoothly and efficiently.

Core Duties:

• Set up, maintain, and operate a 16 - 20 flexographic printing press (Mark Andy models).

• Install and adjust components such as rollers, plates, inks, and dies to ensure optimal production quality.

• Report equipment issues or the need for parts replacements to management.

• Keep equipment in top working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.

• Review and follow printing documentation and instructions to meet quality and process requirements.
