Establish work priorities and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of fleet maintenance operations while implementing data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with client leadership to align operational goals and strategies, acting as a key liaison between the client and AutoNation. Provide recommendations for improving the maintenance and administration of their fleet of autonomous vehicles (“robotaxis”).

Ensure all work orders are closed accurately and in a timely manner while adhering to SOPs and all AutoNation and client company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
