Progressive Auto Group (PAG) is a multi‑brand dealership group operating BMW, Volkswagen, Ford/Lincoln, and pre‑owned locations in Sarnia and Wallaceburg, Ontario. We're looking for a Fleet Sales Manager to join our team in a group‑level, multi‑location role focused on developing, growing and managing our commercial fleet channel.
What to expect day to day
- Managing active deals and coordinating deliveries across multiple locations
- Prospecting and nurturing commercial accounts — contractors, small businesses, corporate, and municipal buyers
- Working through fleet pricing, OEM incentive programs, and trade values with clients
- Staying on top of group inventory to match the right vehicle to the right buyer
- Regular check‑ins with dealership GMs and sales teams to keep things moving
- Tracking your pipeline and reporting fleet activity to senior leadership
