Fleet Operations Manager - South Florida Region and beyond

You already know what this job is before I describe it.

It's the 4:47 a.m. text from a driver stuck at a shipper. It's the load that has to deliver in the morning and the truck that just blew a tire enroute. It's running a board, reading a P&L, and remembering that the human on the other end of the Samsara alert has a family waiting up.

We're hiring a Fleet Operations Manager to do that job — and do it with the support, tools, and authority to actually win.

What you'll own:

• Day-to-day performance of a growing fleet of owner-operators (with W-2 drivers coming online under our tank lines division)
• Driver retention, utilization, and revenue per truck
• The relationship side of the business — because dispatchers can run loads, but managers build careers
• Working hand-in-hand with safety, maintenance, and sale...
