- What you’ll be doing
As Fleet Manager, you will hold accountability for Antarctica New Zealand's controlled plant and equipment. You’ll ensure assets are safe, compliant, well‑maintained and optimally deployed across competing priorities in a remote, safety‑critical environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Plan and control fleet and plant allocation across BAU and project work, balancing safety, readiness, maintenance windows and operational priorities Set and enforce clear access rules, booking controls and operating requirements Lead preventative maintenance planning, reliability and compliance through disciplined CMMS use Manage breakdown response, contingency planning and critical spares strategies Provide clear utilisation, availability and performance reporting for operational and governance decision‑making Lead lifecycle planning from procurement input through to refurbis...
