Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and negotiating incoming Maintenance & Repair estimates with the respective repair vendor/depot
  • Ensure the best possible M&R quality in a most cost-effective manner
  • Checking incoming Equipment Check reports (ECR) upon plausibility and correctness
  • Registering and maintaining tank database in in-house VistaMare system
  • Assist in negotiating M&R terms and conditions with regional service provider
  • Ensure adequate depot performance based on guidelines and requirements by conducting regular depot visits and audits
  • Monitor depot Turnaround times
  • Point of entry for the M&R service provider (in- and external)
  • Assist operative Business units with technical expertise
  • Accurate and timely maintenance of all necessary data in the respective systems (i.e. Vista Mare, Monitor)
  • Ensure proper cost allocation and handling of claims/liabilities
