Job TitleFleet Maintenance Manager


Job OverviewThe primary function of the Fleet Maintenance Manager is to coordinate and control the fleet maintenance requirements across the entire company spectrum. Utilizes both on location repair methods with company technicians where available, outsource to qualified vendors when necessary, coordinate road calls and break downs. Establish purchasing programs.

Under general supervision from the Director, perform supervisory duties in the implementation and management of a fleet operation for Bob’s Discount Furniture; perform supervisory and technical work in vehicle and equipment mechanics as needed. Responsibilities will include:

+ Oversees fleet maintenance including in-house and outsourced repairs

+ Oversees yard maintenance to ensure safe operating conditions are maintained

+ Responsible for training of staff to support all Fleet Maintenance programs
