The Global IT Operations team is responsible for maintaining stable, secure, and compliant IT services across the company’s fleet infrastructure. The team manages vessel IT infrastructure, datacentre environments, cybersecurity operations, operational monitoring, and compliance frameworks.

The team works closely with fleet managers, vessel crews, internal IT departments, and external vendors to ensure continuous IT operations, regulatory compliance, and secure infrastructure across all vessels globally.

What You Will Do:

Lead operational IT activities across the vessel fleet, ensuring stable infrastructure, system availability, and operational efficiency. Monitor operational performance and coordinate resolution of infrastructure incidents affecting vessel IT systems.
