About the role

• Team Global Express is currently seeking a Fleet Controller to join our team in Karawatha on Brisbane's South Side.

• This is a Full Time, Salaried Permanent Position, Monday to Friday.

• You will be responsible for coordinating daily pickup and delivery operations, ensuring freight is moved safely, efficiently, and in line with customer and operational requirements.

• Plan and coordinate the pickup and delivery of consignments in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible.

• Undertake effective load planning and preparation of daily runs.

• Compile loads to maximise fleet and driver utilisation.

• Conduct daily driver debriefs, addressing operational issues, performance concerns, and non-compliance matters as required.

• Ensure vehicles and drivers comply with customer requirements, company policies, and relevant transport legislation.
