The role:

  • Maintaining accurate fleet records including vehicle registrations, MOTs, servicing schedules, inspections, road tax and insurance documentation

  • Scheduling MOTs, servicing, repairs, tyre replacements and routine vehicle maintenance

  • Preparing and processing rental agreements, vehicle handover documents and damage reports

  • Managing vehicle booking systems and fleet availability records

  • Handling general administration duties, answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries

  • Managing parking fines, penalty charge notices and associated documentation

  • Assisting with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures when required

  • Liaising with customers regarding bookings, vehicle availability and rental documentation

  • Supporting the wider operations team with general administrative duties
