We are looking to strengthen our Fleet Department with a Fleet Administrator (12 months Fixed term) based at Hattersley with hybrid working available.
You will report directly to the Senior Fleet Co-ordinator and your role will play an integral part of supporting and managing our busy fleet department including involvement in multiple projects. Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting day-to-day requirements with suppliers. Maintaining driver records and ensuring accurate fleet information. Providing cover for the Fleet team during periods of annual leave or absence. Maximising fleet utilisation through effective reallocation and timely off-hire of surplus vehicles. Arranging temporary hire vehicles as required.
