Key Responsibilities
Daily Inspections

Complete pre-start and routine plant inspections in line with site procedures
Identify and report defects, leaks, abnormal operation, and safety hazards
Record inspection results and raise maintenance notifications as required
Plant Operation

Operate fixed plant equipment safely and efficiently to achieve production targets
Monitor plant performance through control systems and field inspections
Maintain clear communication with the control room, supervisors, and maintenance teams
Plant Trips & Breakdowns

Respond promptly to plant trips and unplanned downtime
Identify trip causes and safely isolate equipment following LOTO procedures
Assist maintenance personnel with fault finding, repairs, and safe plant restarts
