Job Summary

Leads the Fixed Asset Management team and is responsible for accurately tracking, valuing, and maintaining our fixed assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting efficient operations.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Fixed Asset Tracking and Valuation: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all fixed assets, including land, buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular physical inspections to verify the condition and location of assets.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to determine asset values, depreciation schedules, and useful lives.
• Asset Accounting and Reporting: Prepare and maintain fixed asset records in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor and calculate depreciation, impairment, and disposal of assets in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
