We are seeking a skilled fitter welder to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welding operations. This role involves setting up and operating welding machines, inspecting equipment for safety, and selecting the appropriate welding techniques based on specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to identify specific welding requirements.
+ Set up and operate welding machines, adjusting settings such as amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse as needed.
+ Inspect welding machines, cables, and associated equipment to ensure safe operation.
