Job Description
- Teach various types of fitness classes (e.g., yoga, cycling, strength training, aerobics) to individuals or groups.
- Assess clients’ fitness levels and create tailored workout routines that meet their specific goals, such as weight loss, strength building, or cardiovascular improvement.
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization in group fitness instruction or personal training.
- Experience: Prior experience leading fitness classes or one-on-one personal training is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of exercise physiology, fitness principles, and safety guidelines.
