**Job Description**

The Trades Helper will assist in marine trades by reading, interpreting, and applying drawings and specifications to determine installation requirements. The role requires basic knowledge of hand and power tools and a strong desire and aptitude to learn.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine installation requirements.
+ Utilize basic hand and power tools effectively.
+ Learn and apply new skills as required.
+ Wear necessary personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.

**Essential Skills**
