Firefighter

Duties

• You will perform structural firefighting duties for a variety of facilities.
• You will participate in pre-fire planning by identifying new or existing hazards.
• You will operate a variety of firefighting equipment.
• You will perform hazard and risk assessment techniques in completing initial incident analysis.
• You will initiate established medical protocols in providing basic life support.
• You must have the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• You will work 144 hours biweekly schedule.

Requirements Conditions of employment

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
