Job Description
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson with a strong carpentry/joinery background and proven experience working on fire doors (internal and external).
You will work to the BM Trada Q-Mark standard, either as an experienced accreditation holder or with a commitment to completing the necessary training and qualifications provided.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out visual inspections and surveys on fire doors using the new ISS digital inspection system. Complete remedial works on fire doors, including replacing doors, door sets, lippings, seals, painting and installing appropriate signage. Take responsibility for Fire Door PPM, remedial repairs and installation works issued through the helpdesk within agreed timeframes to exceed customer expectations.
