Provide exceptional engineering services to customers across system maintenance and service delivery for CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, and Fire Systems. Own all engineering service activities, planned and preventative maintenance, and respond to technical call‑outs. Coordinate with internal teams and customers, maintain communication, and keep accurate paperwork and billing records. Support the team with expertise, work proactively, independently, and as part of a wider team. Participate in the on‑call rota to provide 24/7 engineering support.
