Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Helper to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position is based in our Jackson, MS location.

• Primary duties - assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.

• May also assist with the service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems; under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.
• Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner.
• Must work safely, following OSHA and Firetrol safety policies and practices.
• Accurately complete required daily paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Some overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required.
