**Skilled Carpenter - $20-$28 an hour**

**Job Description**

This position involves working on new high-end residential homes, requiring proficiency in various forms of carpentry. The role includes finishing, framing, and a wide range of carpentry tasks. The carpenter foreman will also engage in outdoor carpentry work, focusing on facias and pergolas.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build and install wall, floor, and roof framing.
+ Set trusses, beams, and load-bearing components.
+ Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and engineered materials.
+ Install sheathing (OSB, plywood) for walls, floors, and roofs.
+ Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry.
+ Hang doors, install windows, and adjust hardware.
