Scope Of Work

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and prepare underlying adjusting entries.
• Review General Ledger account entries and balances, propose and book journal entries and prepare supporting schedules as needed.
• Prepare the annual budget and monthly financial statements and regularly report results to Finance management on a timely basis.
• Submit regular reports required by the government agencies (SEC, BIR & PCNC) and other parties.
• Ensure the effective functioning of the Sage 50 computerized accounting system and coordinate additional requirements, if any.
• Review and document existing Finance policies and procedures and create new ones as needed.
• Assist in the year-end external audit review and implementation of audit recommendations.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the Finance Operations Manager.
