Job Description:  
Manage financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and timeliness 
Maintain strong relationships with funders and key stakeholders 
Support asset management activities and reporting requirements 
Assist with year-end audits and statutory reporting processes 
Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for developments 
Develop financial models, including rental projections and return assumptions 
Perform covenant calculations for bank reporting 
Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess financial risks and scenarios 
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives 
Evaluate budgets and forecasts to support decision-making 
Support feasibility assessments and planning for new developments
