My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join their manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, managing costs, and supporting operational decision-making across the business.
Duties
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and ensure liquidity for operational needs.
- Oversee inventory management and cost control initiatives to improve profitability.
- Develop, implement, and monitor cost-saving strategies across the manufacturing process.
- Prepare and analyze Bill of Materials (BOM), product costing, and pricing strategies.
- Support logistics, production planning, and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) processes.
- Provide financial insights to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
